Refund, Return & Exchange Policy
At Lawn Luxuries, we are committed to providing you with 100% authentic Pakistani designer lawn. Your satisfaction is our priority. Please read our policy carefully to understand how we handle exchanges and refunds.
1. 24-Hour Notification Requirement
To be eligible for an exchange or return, you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving your package.

Proof Required: Please provide your Order ID and a clear photo/video of the issue.
2. Conditions for Exchange
Following the standards of premium lawn retailers, we offer a One-Time Exchange facility within 3 days of purchase under the following conditions:
Damaged or Defective: If the product has a manufacturing defect or was damaged during transit.
Wrong Item: If the product delivered does not match your order (e.g., wrong design or brand).
Original Condition: The item must be unstitched, unwashed, and unused. All original tags, designer packaging (bags/boxes), and the invoice must be intact.
Note: We highly recommend checking your product in front of the delivery man. Any physical damage reported after the delivery man leaves may not be accepted.
3. Non-Exchangeable Items
Discounted Products: Items purchased during a Sale or with a Discount code are final and cannot be exchanged or returned (unless they are defective).
Stitched/Altered Items: Once a lawn suit is stitched or altered, it is no longer eligible for return or exchange.
White/Light Colors: Due to the delicate nature of the fabric, we may restrict exchanges on certain white or light-colored luxury items.
4. Refund Policy
Refunds are issued only in specific cases, such as:
If we are unable to deliver the ordered product (out of stock).
If we cannot provide a replacement for a defective/wrong item.
If you cancel an order before it has been shipped.
Refund Timeline:
Mobile Wallets (bKash/Nagad): 5–7 working days.
Bank/Credit Card: 10–15 working days (subject to bank processing times).
5. Shipping Costs
Our Mistake: If we sent a defective or wrong item, Lawn Luxuries will bear the return shipping cost.
Change of Mind: If you wish to exchange an item due to a change of heart, you (the customer) will bear the shipping costs for both the return and the new delivery.
6. Wholesale Orders
For wholesale and bulk distribution partners across Bangladesh, exchange and refund terms are governed by the specific wholesale agreement signed at the time of the deal. Please contact your account manager for details.
