textures of our clothing as accurately as possible. However, due to screen
settings and photographic lighting, actual colors may vary slightly.
Pricing: All prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka
(BDT) and are inclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to
change prices without prior notice.
Stock Availability: All orders are subject to stock
availability. In the event a product is out of stock after an order is placed,
we will notify you and offer an alternative or a full refund.
3. Order Placement and Acceptance
Once you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement
email/SMS. This does not constitute final acceptance of your order.
Lawn Luxuries reserves the right to cancel any order due to:
- Inaccuracies in pricing or product descriptions.
- Suspected fraudulent activity.
- Shipping restrictions to your location.
- Product being out of stock.
4. Payment Methods
We offer multiple payment options for your convenience:
- Cash on Delivery (COD) – Available across Bangladesh.
- Online Payment via SSLCommerz (Credit/Debit Cards).
- Mobile Financial Services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket).
Note: For high-value orders, we may require a partial
advance payment.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Inside Dhaka: Delivery typically takes 2-3 business
days.
Outside Dhaka: Delivery typically takes 5-7 business
days.
Delivery Charges: Standard delivery fees apply based
on your location, product weight and will be added at checkout.
Delay: While we strive for timely delivery, delays
may occur due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., political unrest, extreme
weather, or courier delays).
6. Exchange and Return Policy
Following the standards of Lawn Luxuries, we maintain a
customer-friendly exchange policy:
Timeline: You must request an exchange within 7 days
of receiving the product.
Conditions: Items must be unworn, unwashed, with all
original tags and packaging intact.
Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, innerwear,
masks, and jewelry cannot be exchanged. Items sold on "Clearance
Sale" are also final sale.
Process: To initiate an exchange, please contact our
customer service or visit our physical store.
7. Refund Policy
a. Refunds are only processed if the product is faulty or if
we are unable to fulfill your order.
b. Refunds for mobile banking/card payments will be
processed within 7–10 business days.
c. Delivery charges are non-refundable.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including images, logos,
designs, and text, is the property of Lawn luxuries. Use of any content without
prior written permission is strictly prohibited.
9. Privacy Policy
Your submission of personal information through the store is
governed by our Privacy Policy. We ensure that your data is handled securely
and used only for order processing and marketing communications (with your
consent).

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in
accordance with the laws of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh.
